Ernie Lim

Director/Principal Physiotherapist of ONE Physio (SG)
Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP)®
A graduate of Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia, Ernie has over 20 years of practical experience as a physiotherapist in Australia and Singapore. Accredited by the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE, USA), he is also a certified Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP)®. His interests lie in Occupational and Sports Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal), with his clinical practice primarily focused on a variety of musculoskeletal health issues such as tension (cervicogenic) headaches, shoulder impingement, back pain, and more. With a strong belief that healthcare should be holistic, and the mind-body (psycho-soma) connection is crucial, Ernie is committed to promoting patient-centered care. In addition to clients from IT, Finance, law firms, and the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries, he also serves as an industry speaker on Health & Benefits with organizations such as Mercer-Marsh McMillian Group. Together with his colleagues, he has been involved with high-profile Cirque Du Soleil artists, including their shows in Totem (2015), Kooza (2017), and Kurios (2019). He was also appointed Lieutenant Physiotherapist while serving in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Medical Corps. In 2019, he was appointed Chief Physiotherapist for the Singapore Underwater Hockey team in the Olympic-sanctioned SEA Games in the Philippines. Ernie was also nominated for Outstanding Physiotherapist in the Private Practitioner Category in the 2021 Physiotherapy Awards by the Singapore Physiotherapy Association (SPA).

Zain Naufal
Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Zain is a physiotherapist who graduated from Aisyiyah University Yogyakarta in 2022, specializing in sports injury rehabilitation and functional recovery. He has extensive expertise in treating musculoskeletal issues arising from a sedentary lifestyle, particularly among office workers who experience postural issues and joint pain. Through a personalized recovery program, Zain focuses on ensuring each patient can regain optimal mobility, both on the sports field and in the workplace.

Jannatin (Atin) Aliyah
Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Atin is a physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal and sports injuries since 2016. She graduated from one of the best state universities in Indonesia with a physiotherapy major. She currently focuses on developing physiotherapy in the treatment of muscle injuries and other movement disorders.
