The corporate workplace is a place where many of us spend at least a third of our day—often in static positions for long periods. This makes it crucial for workspaces to support natural, healthy movement patterns that align with the needs of the human body.In the modern workplace, the combination of stress and lack of movement (physical stasis) can impact health and performance. However, with simple, well-designed routines, we can reintroduce movement into the workday—helping the body function better and reducing tension. To support this, we offer ' Lunch & Learn ' sessions, where employees can gain practical insights into:• What actually happens to our bodies during the work day• How workplace design and habits affect physical health• Simple strategies to improve movement, comfort and well-being in the workplaceIf you would like to learn more or invite one of our physiotherapists to fill a session, please contact us — we would be happy to share more information.
