Our physiotherapists are fully qualified to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions based on your symptoms.However, if you plan to file a claim for reimbursement through your company's insurance or private insurance, a referral from a General Practitioner (GP) or Specialist may be required. We recommend checking with your insurance provider regarding the requirements for a smooth claim process.

How do I prepare for my first visit?

If you have a referral letter from a doctor or examination results/medical records such as imaging, please bring a copy as a reference for our physiotherapist.Feel free to come in whatever you feel comfortable in—whether it's work clothes or workout clothes! If needed, we also provide clean clothes at the clinic for you to change into.

Is your physiotherapist certified in Jakarta?

Yes, most of our physiotherapists are dual-registered in Jakarta and Singapore. Specifically, all Jakarta-based physiotherapists are required to be officially registered with the Indonesian Health Workforce Council (KTKI) (more details here ) before they can practice in Indonesia.
